FT154 - Antoine Campbell Talks VAs and Virtual Wholesaling
Antoine Campbell is part of the new wave of investors focusing on virtual wholesaling. What sets him apart from other virtual wholesalers is how his team is primarily composed of outsourced virtual assistants who handle all of his calls and acquisitions. Because of his experience in construction, Antoine got his feet wet in real estate initially by flipping houses. After learning the basics of real estate as well as the power of outsourcing, Antoine has since transitioned to wholesaling, where he regularly wholesales five houses a month.
Antoine joins me today to discuss how his company is run virtually and the role his VAs play in his virtual wholesale company. He shares how he got into the business of real estate and when he learned about virtual wholesaling. He describes how he manages his VAs and the system he put in place to keep everything running smoothly, even when he’s asleep. Antoine also shares the various tools he uses to find deals.
