Greg Shyne is the President and CEO of Shyne Ventures, a private real estate firm that focuses on acquiring, redeveloping, and managing single and multifamily properties in the North Texas area. While he didn’t focus in real estate until 2012, Greg has always been an entrepreneur at heart which explains why he decided to pursue a degree in entrepreneurship at the University of North Texas.

Today, Greg joins me to share his experience as an investor. He describes his passion for entrepreneurship and what led him to become part of the real estate industry. He shares the reason he decided to focus on fix and flips and the challenges he faced when he closed wholesale deals. He also discusses the importance of networking and how it can be the most lucrative way to promote your business.
