Grant Kollar is 19 years old and currently in the National Guard, a fan of the podcast, and is new to the world of real estate investing. His passion to create financial freedom and his initiative was more than enough to fuel his desire to start exploring investing in real estate.
Today, Grant joins me to share his passion for real estate and how he came to be interested in this type of business. I share how I got started, what made me want to become an investor, and some of the first strategies I used before social media was a thing. I describe the importance of getting the right funding and reiterate why private funds are always better. I also help Grant understand how to access the right type of information, particularly for pre-foreclosures.
