Avi Rasowsky is a real estate investor in the Houston, Texas area and the owner of Customers Acquisition Services (CAS). As the name implies, CAS serves clients who need assistance in customer acquisition and lead generation that leads to increased revenue. Avi has a unique talent for flipping houses virtually through traditional and innovative ways.
Avi joins me today to share how he got started in real estate and why he decided to build his career in this industry. He describes some of his preferred lead generation systems and discusses why Google Ads can be too expensive. Avi also explains the pros and cons of closing deals virtually and what he plans to do in the future.
